Rebecca Romijn loves ‘creepy’ movies

Rebecca Romijn gets freaked out by movies with “creepy little kids in them”.

The 38-year-old actress-and-mother-of-two stars in Lifetime network’s supernatural thriller Possessing Piper Rose.

Rebecca plays an adoptive mother who receives a terrifying surprise from some force beyond the grave.

"[The movie’s] basically me fighting the dead ghost mother of this girl I adopted,” Rebecca explained to Extra. "I feel like movies are so much scarier when they have a creepy little kid in them, as opposed to chop, chop, blood-and-guts gore."

Rebecca enjoys spectre based horror films, but does not want any phantoms living in her real home. She has not experienced any ghoulish activity in her house yet.

If she does have a haunting in the future, Rebecca will be able to identify the unwanted guests.

"I live in a former brothel. If there are any ghosts in my house, they're dead hooker ghosts,” Rebecca joked.

Rebecca has twin two-year-old daughters. Although she loves to get involved in bone-chilling activities during Halloween festivities, Rebecca has to restrain herself for her children.

"I love doing really scary Halloween, but with two-year-olds, you have to do cute Halloween,” Rebecca explained.

Possessing Piper Rose premieres today on Lifetime Network in the US.
